Breast cancer awareness month

We mounted a Breast Cancer Awareness display this month. Thanks to all at the Cancer association in Mowbray for the posters and pamphlets.

Award winning reads is the topic for our current book discussion in Adult's and Children's. Children mounted this display in celebration. Adult's will follow.

Volunteer Storytime

Cindy Gibbons presented Wednesday Story hour today. Every Wedneday afternoon is story time in the children's section.

Athlone Library Crafters Group

Our crafters group met for their fourth crafting session at the library for the year. The topic will be fabric painting (again!)
. It appears that these women cannot get enough fabric painting work done and get better every time. I will post pics of their beautiful work tomorrow.
